What would cause my arms to always be a purple mottled color? My arms/hands are always mottled a bright pink/red or a purple.

Hello! I read that low temperatures, especially when they hit the freezing mark, affect blood circulation. The blood vessels and arteries shrink so the blood can’t pass through them quickly.
